PALEA — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each PALEA garment is made to order specifically for you. Because of this production process, we operate a limited returns policy designed to reduce waste while maintaining high quality standards.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns or replacements only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

EXCHANGES & SIZING
Please review the sizing guide carefully before purchasing. As all pieces are produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect size selection or change of mind. In certain cases, exchanges may be offered as store credit at our discretion.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

PROCESSING
As part of our archive production model, all orders are made after purchase. Please allow time for production before shipping.
