Each PALEA piece is made individually upon order. This archive production model allows each piece to be created intentionally after purchase, reducing excess manufacturing.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

All orders are made to order and enter production after checkout. Crafted over time, like the earth itself.

Delivered in:

United Kingdom: 5–14 business days
United States & International: 10–21 business days

This includes production (2–4 business days) and shipping time.

All orders include tracked delivery via trusted courier partners.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SIZING

Please review the sizing guide carefully before purchasing. As each piece is made to order, exchanges for sizing are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you need help choosing the right fit before ordering, contact us and we’ll gladly help guide you.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@paleacollective.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
